encik stress itu datang lagi.

everyone..~
yeah, its weekend again, my feveret part of da week..im sure all of u too rite? leisuring, doing nothing. ouhh dats juz a perfect gateway after quite some time stuck with abundance of works.
ermm it had been a crazy week i shall say. zombified wif all sorts of work n tests+quizzes n presentations n what not. sampai nk tepon mak pon xsempat. huhu ttbe teringat hanan ckp sal how 2 reduce stress 4 her article review task td. hehe ade kaet la jugak kan. dats y rase terpanggil 2 jot down here. fed up of dealing with esemens. i googled ways of dealing with stress. juz 4 some light reading..~

  • eat well - jom melantak makanan yang ade bebanyak. tp, stok makanan ape yg ade eyh? da lame x bershupim2 kt giant. huhu
  • avoid emotional binging - motif nk emosi...hidup kena happy selalu~
  • laugh - they said laughter is da best medicine rite?
  • perk up your ears - lady gaga songs esp bad romance. i'd really2 enjoy it. yeah i like it!
  • practice S.E.L.F care..(serenity, exercise, love, food) - ??
  1. serenity? sgt mengimpikan kehidupan stenang air di lautan.
  2. exercise? ermm, walking from nilam court to camellia court. can dat be count as exercise? hehe
  3. love? hehe..checkk~!!
  4. food? owhh. makan makanan yg berkhasiat n wajib makan sayur cik finaz oii..
footnote : mengikut prinsip hanan, die akan rase lbey tension ble xleh kuar jalan2 n shupim time weekend. haha
